After 7 months of being on Twitter I’ve hit a number of followers that I really didn’t expect to within such a small amount of time. 500 of you guys read my ramblings and for this I’m extremely grateful. So to show my gratefulness I’m doing my first giveaway, and because I promised I’d do one at 400 followers as well and then got so muddled up with moving house that I didn’t do it I’m making this a bumper one.
So what’s on offer?
There’s gonna be two winners for this twitter competition, and each of them will get a set of 3 postcards illustrated by me, as well as an awesome little keyring (the two different sets can be seen in the photos below) but they will also get a free illustration from me as well, all I need is some reference or a description of what they want doing. The actual artwork will be sent signed in the post, as well as a digital copy if any Photoshop edits are made.
So How do I enter?
There are a variety of ways that you can enter and you can enter via each one once, except via Etsy which can be entered as many times as you want.
1) Follow me on Twitter and tweet the following message
“RT and follow to enter @curlycuh’s awesome giveaway for a chance to win some illustration goodies! http://bit.ly/pdSo9T”
to your followers
2) Like my page on facebook here and post on the wall to say you’d like to enter.
3) Go to my website CurlyC Designs and post a comment on this blog post saying which piece of work you liked best and why (make sure to leave some form of contact!)
4) Buy something from my Etsy shop and drop me a comment here to say what you’ve bought.
The competition will close when I reach 600 followers and the two winners will be picked randomly from everyone who has entered.
I’ll post to people all around the world so it doesn’t matter where you are, you’ve still got just as much chance to win!
Good luck everyone 🙂
Lincoln’s cathedral sits in a position that it can be seen from all over the city, making it quite the focal point. I’ve been saying to myself (and anyone I happened to be with at the time!) that I would like to start a photography project based around the Cathedral and the atmosphere that it creates.
So here it is, Every Day a New Cathedral. My aim is to take a shot of the cathedral every day (if I can, since I am working every day possible!) to show the different colours and moods that the building evokes.
My other half bought me flowers last week, and I thought it would be a fitting way to play with my new camera by taking plenty of photographs of them. Here is one, you can view the rest on my flickr account, click the photograph to visit.
